I have been busy these past few months! It's almost the end of the year. Yay! New good things are coming!
In this new post I thought I could be sharing with you what I like that makes me happy. I believe that we are ourselves responsible to create this feeling of happiness. In fact we should avoid to think negatively and always think positive even when things tend to be bad or difficult. I realize that every time I think positive good things happen to me but when I start thinking negatively bad things happen. Which means that what you project or think is what is going to happen to you.
Also these past few months I learned that I should stay away from toxic relations such as hypocrites, false people, people who like to gossip (gossip is poison), people who are undecided in their lives, people who have no vision.

At the end you will see that once you love yourself you will end up loving people and people will likely accept and respect you. There will always be mean people but I decided to ignore the negative people. It is good to know who you are as a Person. Feel good feel beautiful because you are the best piece of Art that has ever been created. Be "You" that person not influenced by people's comments, gossip, judgments, magazines, etc.
It is good to read some quotes from people who share their own experiences, thoughts and vision of life .Because they have succeed you can learn from them..
For instance this is a quote from Oprah Winfrey that I like just to feel inspired:

Also I want to share this one from Anne Klein that I have recently found online. I like it because it teaches me that clothes don't wear me but I wear them . Which means that beauty must come from me and shine but not the clothes because even though I can wear high brand clothes and that I do not love myself, nothing is going to make a difference. Therefore everything must come from me (inside) from the way I see and accept myself.

ok! Now back to the main subject of this post "What makes me happy". Humm..Let's say, because it's true, I want to go on a trip to Disneyland!! I like this fairy world I am a good dreamer that's why I like every work that Disney has made. I want to have a trip to the islands like the Bahamas, Jamaica...I know it will happen but for now I think there are little things that can make me happy too. Little things that I do not necessarily need to spend huge amount of money. Let's start by saying that It is good to be thankful for the fact that I am alive and enjoying life. Good health yes because I can still do some things by myself I am grateful and so many other things. Life itself is a gift that makes me happy and I am thankful that I can still see the blue sky as in Louis Armstrong's lyrics for his song "What a wonderful world!".
Then what I want to share with you are all of these other things in my post. Some pictures are mine others are not. I found them on the web and I thought they could fit with what I share here.

Pamper myself! Yes! That definitely makes me happy! Sometimes I can be lazy because so many activities in the week but when You have time, just do it! We need moment like that and it's so important. It feels so good to pamper oneself!

What about humor? Yeah! Funny pictures that makes me laugh are good to me! You can use this one for your friends or family. If you need to say something special to them with humor use pictures. Laughing after a morning prayer is a good recipe to start a good day for sure.

I like Ice Cream yay!! Yes! Ice cream! Ice cream people but I must say that I consume it moderately because too much consumption of sugar is not good for health. Right!?
I like to cook on my free time. Woo Hoo! I can cook any meals that I like. However in this picture I show you my favorite buns but I also don't make them every time You don't need to eat them every time. Once in a while I can make them.

Even I reduced my consumption of fried plantains even tough they are so good! Still they are in the list of my favorites really! It is easy and fast to make and It is so good and exotic! You can eat it with anything!

Ok! Guys it's good to volunteer. Volunteering gives me a feeling of fulfillment because bringing your contribution is something good to the society. You don't have to do too much but giving your time for a good cause or to help is really important. I stop volunteering these past few months because I am so busy with my activities but whenever I will have my vacations I will definitely doing that again. Yes! volunteering makes me happy!

Go shopping makes me happy! woo hoo! Women like shopping so yes! Have fun but don't spend too much Ladies! Spend what you can really afford to not feel or be financially too tight. So ladies spend smartly! Going to the mall is also good just to spend time looking around and see new and nice things. You don't always have to do shopping but you can just enjoy walking around, go to movie, eat something special that you have never tried before. You can go to smell some perfumes, candles, discover new natural products for the body and clothing trends It's always good to know and maybe who knows? You might meet Someone special there (smile) That's for single ladies of course. You might also meet new nice people or opportunities. So yes going to the mall makes me happy!

I like to see new make up things or try something new even though I am not a professional (make up artist) but sometimes it feels good to be at the cosmetic line( Flaner dans les Rayon) Just looking at the different colors of lipsticks...There are always new things at the shop for sure. Women are queens that's why we have all of these made for us only (Smile) I always learn from other ladies who know best so...yes I like it!

What about gym?! Yes! Sometimes I can be lazy but when I am excited to go to gym it makes me happy because I know that at that point I try to control my weight consequently my health is good.
I put music on my ears and I enjoy working out for few hours.
Flowers are nice beautiful they smell so good!! They really make me happy whenever I see them and hold them! There is something good about them . They are sensitive and fragile. Flowers are like women.
Why don't you go to a concert? It's good sometimes.
Looking at nice and relaxing pictures like these ones. I really like it! Whenever I found such pictures I keep some of them in my pictures folder. Photographers are really talented!
This one is so refreshing! It makes you want to be happy and enjoy life. It's like a fresh breeze in a morning.
I like reading magazines while nibbling at some cakes or cookies with a nice warm cup of green tea! I like to drink tea just to help to flush the excess of sugar sometimes and to clean my system but still water remains the best allies.

Just walking outside of your home, apartment. I like to take a stroll anywhere as long as it is safe It can be at the park or somewhere safe and nice. observing the beautiful landscape. It's really good!
I Love Christmas!!
As the song says:"It is the most wonderful time of the year!!" Christmas always makes me happy!! Family spends good time together. We go to church for the Nativity we always need to remember the real story behind Xmas. It is not a commercial event I dislike when people doing it for commercial purpose because they kill the essence of Xmas. Christ was born and was given to the world so that people who believe in Him will be saved. It is very sad to see that people has made Xmas a Santa's story first when it is all about Jesus Christ well C'est la vie...During Xmas family members, friends exchange presents. Family members are blessed to be together and share good meals. Xmas is all about love! People have fun sharing to their children how baby Jesus was born in a manger . The Christmas songs and decoration at home are everything!! People Xmas is so good! I also like my birthday too!

yes!! This is the end of this post! I hope you like it! Yes as you can see God makes me happy! He is everything to me! Now that I am done I will simply say to conclude that whenever I keep my mind in a positive mode everything sounds to be perfect and nice. Being happy is the best remedies for our soul as the bible says sadness "will dry out your bones." My strength and the way I started to learn all of these about keeping a positive attitude a positive mind. I learn it from the Bible a really rich book, from Christian preachers and speakers Also from people on Facebook who have developed a positive attitude. It is not only good for your soul but it is also good for your spirit. Trust me once you start to sit and really study this book the Bible your mind will completely change for the best you will have hope and success and salvation. You will start to know more about yourself.
