Hello la team! Quoi de neuf? 🤷‍♀️ Rien de special. J'ai juste vu recemment des articles qui parlaient d'un nouveau livre en mémoire de JFK jr et Carolyn Bessette. Leur relation vue et decrite par sa meilleure amie et assistant Rosemarie Terenzio. Le livre est maintenant sur Amazon depuis le 15 Juillet 2024 par la. Il faut dire que ça marque le mois de leur tragique disparution. Un crash d'avion vers Martha Vineyard a tout pris. Je me souviens encore des headlines a la TV et dans les magazines. Beaucoup esperait qu'on les retrouverait en vie. Malheureusement ça n'a pas eté le cas. Dans mon site www.poshenvogue.com je parlais de la Jolie robe de mariée de Carolyn comment est ce que Narciso Rodriguez l'avait delicatement confectionnée. Je parlais de leur ceremonie de mariage cachée aux yeux du monde et surtout des paparazzi etc. Une ceremonie tres simple dans un end root retiré de la ville. Bref! La publication de ce nouveau livre m' interesse. Et vous? C'est juste pour savoir et decouvrir Un peu plus sur un Joli jeune couple plein d'avenir qui a vu leur brillant future etre brutalement interrompu. Une autre tragedie dans la famille Kennedy mais aussi du coté de Carolyn. Ume mère a perdu 2 enfants du coup. Voici ce que je partage ici ce que je sais un peu du personage et sa vie en general mais aussi ce dont je me souviens avoir lu sur le couple. Pourquoi Carolyn ne supportait pas la vie de stress des media et paparazzi sur eux. La peur d'etre toujours critiquée et observé par le public. Par contre, le livre est plus profond et precis.

Meanwhile we had a wonderful Red rally at Grand Rapids Michigan yesterday. Trump had a wonderful speech. I was Glad to see him in good spirit and strong 💪. I told you call him Legend! Are You Watching?

Sorry guys, I am not writing and making videos these days because I am so busy. Also I am not feeling well at all but I can't miss watching the RNC 2024 (Republican.National Convention). It is happening in Milwaukee It is so important. I don't know much about the American politics really but the man who made me follow the news on the US politics is definitely Donald Trump since his election in 2016. I saw how the American media can definitely be...biased and disgusting when they hate someone. It is sad... Even after what happened last week they couldn't tell you the words Assassination attempt. They couldn't tell you about who was the shooter. When that happened in the news, I literally had to go watch international media who gave us the facts faster. They later on said what it was. And still it is kind of confusing 😕 when they said they are still investigating on that 20 years old male who did it. Like really? The FBI can't have fast information about that guy? smh ...no comment. That's why I now watch and follow independent political analysts like Candace Owens and others. Yes, it was an Assassination attempt on Donald J Trump but they missed it! Shame on them!

I have followed what was happening in the news in America from my country for years because of Donald Trump who made me become Red. Yes I say it! I am 100% Republican! 👏💪 The Democrats...no comments. They have to change. I want to thank my sister who opened my eyes before the election when Donald Trump became president. It was a wake up call. She showed me the facts and I was wrong. I started being a Donald Trump supporter. So the RNC started very good and I saw how Trump was so emotional when he entered the stage and I was surprised to see him there after what happened to him the day before. I didn't expect to see him at the convention but he was there. The man is brave.. I saw how emotional his son Donald Trump Jr was, when he held his hand. It means a lot to see your father alive after such circumstances. Thank you God. It was nice seeing Kari Lake of the State of Arizona, I talked about her I think in my post ( The Red Wave is Back) she had a word to the media as well who always distrust the news and facts. It was nice seeing Sarah Huckabee from the State of Arkansas, Governor de Santis of Florida who did a wonderful job at the time of COVID in his State, Senator Ted Cruz of Texas who did a great job by revealing to the world what was really happening at the borders under Biden Harris Administration few years ago. They can't even secure the borders and that's why States like Arizona, Texas etc are having hard time. But, our governor is doing a great job here in Texas. It was good to see Vivek Ramaswamy who has often voiced his opinion on illegal immigration and his support for Donald Trump. It was nice seeing Senator Marco Rubio from Florida I think.I remember he came to Dallas Texas for a rally dome years ago. Charlie Kirk, and I can't forget Dr Ben Carson who had a powerful message yesterday. Powerful and inspiring. Guys, what happened to Donald Trump should ring a bell to you. Remember in History... just observe what is happening. derstand what is happening in the news national and international. Just be careful...sigh. Anyway... Trump is on their way but for now on I say call him Legend. The man went through A LOT for the love of his country.. He is loved internationally. He created a movement. I say, call Donald Trump legend. 2024 he is going to be back at the White House. Trump 2024 I say it! He is going to Make America 🇺🇸 great Again. And...Yes, It just Happened in America 🇺🇸 ☹

I can't believe what I just watched today on the news... I was doing my things at home when I saw a notification on my cellphone. I rushed to see what was happening. Breaking news Donald Trump was injured at a rally shooting. I couldn't believe what I saw. I can't believe it . I am shocked!! I am speechless. "They" went too far this time... In my head one name came back in the history of an American President...shocking News like that bring bad memories. Imagine how traumatized are the people at Pennsylvania who attended the rally. And imagine how the people in Dallas Texas felt the day when JFK was assassinated in November 1963 in Dallas Texas. I can't believe I watched something similar on TV today. I also watched what the witnesses at the rally said. They saw the guy way before he did it... I wrote in my blog few years ago that there are no more freedom of speech but with what I just watched I comr to the conclusion that Democracy is dead... and it pains me to accept it now. I am so so disappointed. Yes, it just happened in America ☹ 🇺🇸

Donald Trump went through A LOT. They tried to send the man to jail, they humiliated him, they ...they...They canceled him everywhere even on social media, they went to his home to do so some search of whatever. I mean the man has no rest. And now this???? !! Imagine how I feel when I see countries like America 🇺🇸doing things like that. I come from a place where Democracy does not exist at all. I still had hope to think that in America is different but since few years ago I saw things were not right I guess Democracy is definitely dead. Some international press wrote: " Assassination attempt on Donald Trump" The question has been asked to Joe Biden by the press. But it is impossible to understand what the man really thinks on all that. He just said to condemn the act . ok but Mr President what is your take on it? Political violence? Really!? come on! Who has been feeding people with negative thoughts and opinion On Trump? Can we ask the role of the media these past few years? How about that! They kept dividing the people. Who has condemned it? Now we are assisting to this. The result of the negativity and the misinformation How can we explain that? Still you will hear some people who can't understand what is happening. I mean so blind... the Love of America to death! America 🇺🇸 will never have another president like Donald Trump. Yes! I Say it! I say it again. What he is doing is History.

My heart is broken and sad for the families who just lost members at this rally. 😢 💔 I don't know what to say anymore. The World is watching...We are watching I keep praying 🙏 for Donald Trump too. All my support to Trump. May God protect him. He will not died! God has equipped him for this time. Yes,it was an attempt Assassination of a former president running for presidential elections...No! I can't believe it!! i am so disappointed. This is getting serious. The battle for the Truth is Not a joke. This no more simple things happening here in America. I am telling you guys what we are assisting here is something else. It is Evil against the Good. Our world is changing... You are Christian? then you know it is more than time to get on our knees and pray seriously. But Jesus is King. I say JESUS is King.

Stories that Made Me Think...

Hello! dear Readers, this is the last part of my post about (Discussion of the Week) This month precisely. And this is the last part where I share crazy stories that made me think twice before entering a relationship but...still It has changed nothing unfortunately. O! well life...Let's not be negative but it is good to be aware of this reality. The conclusion here is: do never rush for a relationship and even when you do not rush still be aware of situation like this. Wait and waiting is not bad. Being single is not bad. It is even better. Waiting for the right time and the right person. Waiting is in fact wisdom. There is No age for happiness.I ENJOY my time alone today. I APPRECIATE so much of my time single today. I do not want a bad spirit in flesh coming to distract me and hurt my heart again. NO MORE! We must put a STOP on the way people treat our heart. I come out of these bad experiences strong and wise I guess. I will be waiting for the right person but I will do it differently (Asking the Right uncomfortable questions, putting tests of observation, I mean you must make them work to win your heart. Otherwise NO WAY) You can achieve a lot in your life even when you are single or alone. Being single is not the END of the world. It is being smart because you value yourself to wait for the Right person in your life. Someone with who you can do good things. What is better? A humiliating relationship where you are not treated well and where you are disrespected because you want to keep a ring on your finger (smh...sad...) My dear, I free myself from all these lies and scams of this society. I , my spirit I will rise. I will shine. The bad vibrations and the bad people no more. I deleted many numbers. I deleted many contacts that bring me sadness, emptiness or who brought nothing special in my life. No life is too short to accept sufferance. REMOVE THEM ALL. Clean your life. It is the past! Cleaning means the beginning of a new life. Do NOt be affectionately dependent on someone. It is not easy but when you compare a life of peace where you can do whatever you want and the life of stress because you must always please someone who will never see your value. Ha! No, my peace is non negotiable. This is my take on it. You tell me what you think...

Yes, I say it! I do not change my words on that. I will change my words only when someone will prove me wrong. But for now NONE.

I Like to 🍳 Cook Too!

Hello dear Readers, this is a short post to share with you another activity that I like to do too. I like cooking 🍳 😋 and baking. I started learning to cook at age of 12 like many girls in my continent. Some even start earlier than 12. Cooking is fun! I like changing and discovering. I often like to watch videos of people cooking or reading recipes. My mother used to have recipes books from Martinique and Guadeloupe too. We would try to recreate these recipes at home 🏡 In my hometown many women had this serie of recipes 📚 books too. It is a small town W😊😅 you would find them in many homes in the 90's. We would also have the Book entitled Recipes of the 🌞Sun ☀️ because Africa is a tropical continent for the most part. I also used to see my Mothers ( my mother and her sisters, my aunts) cooking back home 🏡 our local dishes ( food and recipes from my country Gabon 🇬🇦) When we have family gatherings , ceremonies etc I learned how to make traditional dishes. Because of my background, I have also some French cooking knowledge. This is part 2 of my previous post on cooking that I did. I hope to do more of this kind of post in this blog. Baking an apple cake 🍎

Odika is something made from scratch in Gabon 🇬🇦. it is local. it is used for cooking and giving a special taste to our food. Cassava leaves 🍃 is something local in Central Africa in general but it can be cooked differently according to countries.

Palm nuts puree is used to cook too. We like to cook it in Gabon and some other countries in Africa yes.

Discussion of the Week// New Month

Hello Dear Readers! Paris is so ready for the Summer Olympics ☀️. As you can see the Eiffel Tower is already showing colors of the Olympic Games. This is a picture 📸 taken in Paris recently. Paris by night is the best time. Last month I was sharing my memories of the Olympics that marked the most and I said Barcelona 92 was my best memories. I also talked about the French athlete of that time who was the best, Marie José Perec🇫🇷. Now guess who is going to run and put the fire 🔥 the Olympics for the opening ceremony? I read that it is going to be Marie Jo! ( The way We like to call her) yes! I didn't even know that she would be the choice. I was just talking about her months ago in memories of her performances back in the 90's. Marie Jose Perec was the queen of track and field at the time and she represented a lot for people of color like me. You go Marie Jo😊😉!! We love ❤️ you!! I put it here again.

I really miss those days. We were so excited to watch the Olympics! The excitment is not the same anymore today. The world is changing. I keep those good memories . The other good news! my country will have young 🏊‍♀️ swimmers!! We often do not have Black swimmers and especially African ones. The only African swimmers we had in the women side as far as I remember were a South African girl her name was Nathalie du Toit, also there was Charlene of Monaco ( yes, you have it right. The current Princess of Monaco) She was a swimmer beofre she married Prince Albert and the other one was from 🇿🇼Zimbabwe her name is Kirsty Coventry. She was really good! She made Africa 👏proud! Kirsty was among the best at the time. All of them were White Africans. But I remember watching them swimming at the Olympics for their countries. I often saw Nathalie du Toit on TV when I was in South Africa 🇿🇦.Maybe there will be new ones this year but that's the ones I remember watching them on TV for the Olympics. So my country Gabon will have a girl and a boy for swimming 🏊‍♂️ this year and I am very proud of them already. I hope there will be more Africans in this discipline too. Of course we will be at other disciplines like martial 🥋 arts. track and fields etc. My hope is to see more Africans in disciplines other than track and fields. We can do more. Why limiting ourselves? These are my discussions of the week below. You know I talk about everything so... Love is Not Enough for a happy relationship. We need more! These are my thoughts. Poshenvogue is Back!

Hello dear Readers, Poshenvogue my website is back and active again. Yes, I didn't do much in it unfortunately but I am working on it. Also, I lost two articles 😩😥 and it breaks my heart really! the two last ones that I wrote: 1/ The first one: A la Josephine Baker! That was inspired by my aunt (my mother's young sister) who was a hairstylist. I used to see her working when I was a child and she often told to my Mothers ( I mean by Mothers, my Mom and her sisters, my aunts) and to her clients: " I will make your hair a la Josephine Baker!" That inspired me to write that article. I could never forget these words. My aunt was so gifted when she was doing your hair you were so happy. A la Josephine Baker hair style was really trendy in the 80's for Black women especially. And, my aunt was good at it. She went to learn cosmetology at an American school in Abidjan Cote d Ivoire. She was working in one of the upscale hair salon in town where her manager Mrs. Dominique encouraged her to go for the best in whatever she was doing. My aunt was styling Black ladies and White ladies' hair. So a la Josephine Baker was often said by her because it was trendy. That statement always marked me and later on, I was curious to know who was Josephine Baker? My Mothers told me that Josephine Baker was A Black French artist originally from the U.S. Then, a year later, I saw her performing on TV and I was impressed. I did my research when I became a teenager about that lady because I wanted to know who she was really. I found out a lot about her. She was indeed a successful artist in France 🇫🇷 inscribed at the Pantheon of Paris. She did Resistance during War World for France, she was also a philanthropist. As a matter of fact she adopted children of different races and countries that she called the Rainbow tribe or something like that . I forgot the name.

Anyway unfortunatly the website lost that article. 2/ The second one was about fashion style of elegant ladies that inspired me from magazine. I thought about the late Jackie Kennedy Onassis, Ines de la Fressange, Melania Trump, Tracee Ellis Ross the actress and so on. I am thinking how to change the website and make it look different again and more attractive but I need to write more articles. Anyway that's sad but I have to forget about it. The inspiration does not happen twice. Talking about inspiration, blogging and writing, I am done with my last manuscript. I wrote the story in French first then I translate it. This is a new book that I finsihed and this time I will give it to a professional to proofread and edit it. Someone who speaks and write good English and I will pay for the service. I prefer to do it this time because I have no time and I want the best. Then, I will give it to a French speaker who will do the same so I will publish it in two versions as usual French and English. I also started sponsoring again a child (a girl) from Burkina Faso for her school. I understand how important it is. And her, being a girl, it is not easy at all. I saw the family...it is not easy at all to afford school even though it is not that much. After my discussion with Pascal, I decide to do it again. I am willing to be consistent this time. My prayer is to see that girl finish her school then later go to university. May God help me and Provide. Ok all in all that has been few things so far. This is my honest discussion of the week. !
